our N ° 34 Tribute to the moonlight Suma Paz Tucuman
On Friday 30 April at the National University Museum Tucumán, was a tribute to Suma Paz and presented the book "Argentina on the bicentennial of the Revolution of May. History and Prospects." Organised by the Cerpacu and La Marea. acceded: the radio program Tucumana Luna, a group of architects Earth, School of Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, both of the UNT, and the Movement for the second and final independence. It was greetings from the Union of the Municipality of Aguilares. The public was getting a bit of a courtyard of trees close galleries announcing the appearance of the moon. In audio, the soft voice of Suma Paz seemed to spring the foliage of the elderly and lapachos tarcos. The activity began with words of Joseph Racedo, director of Cerpacu, and continued with the screening of the performance of Sum International Book Fair 2007, during the Popular Musicians Meeting organized by the tide. The image of the beloved artist, his words and his singing deeply and respect, shocked the public that filled the room and were echoing throughout the night.

historian Cristina Mateu (compiler of the book), the musician Joseph and Josephine Ceña Racedo formed the first part of this panel.
J. Racedo described the life of Suma Paz, who early on took the path of music and poetry. Suma recalled the words when he said that in his teens was the big shock to know Don Atahualpa Yupanqui. From that time continued "light footprint Don Ata" learning and disseminating their work, without giving up. Racedo said that a true interpreter translates the truth of the people. "In this sense Suma Paz was a woman with a deep national feeling cared about in his song revealing the sorrows and joys of his people."

Mateu paid tribute to the profound role of national sentiment and cultural movements Sum which were developing at different historical moments of our country, from the Movement for Reconstruction and Development of National Culture in the 80's, the Mov. the True History, the 500 years since the English Conquest, the Mov. Active in Defense of National Culture (Modacuna), developed in 1997 against Menem policy, to be in 2007 an early adherent to the current Mov. the second and final independence. Then CM presented the book "Argentina in the Bicentennial ..." saying that it is a response to the need to recover the true story that sets up the path of a new independence, to lift the country draft Moreno, Belgrano Artigas, which are the poor benefit most. J. Ceña in an emotional speech, Suma Paz described as much more than an interpreter, "is a still undiscovered poet, a thinker." Said that "just as Don Ata was a teacher for her, she was a teacher for us, "taught us that" the artist's mission is to light "the way of people.

After the panel, under the trees of the courtyard and the moon at its peak Tucuman, the tribute continued with their own interpretations of Ceña
, intense moments went flawlessly intertwined with poetry reading that the actor Luis Diez
tucumano performed Sum books "South Ridge" and "Last guitar."
A night full of emotions, where we could remember these Suma Paz by undertaking to say the way that Don Ata and she drew, convinced now of these tasks is part of strengthening the cultural movement in the second and final independence.
